Pickup Hours
Monday–Saturday: 9:00 AM–7:00 PM
Sunday: Closed

After 5pm Pickup: You must contact the store with your order number and name to be provided a Gate Code for entry. This also applies to UberEats, Doordash and other delivery drivers.

Order Preparation
We aim to prepare eligible pickup orders within approximately 60 minutes during operating hours.

Preparation times may vary depending on order volume and product availability.

Please wait until you receive your Ready for Pickup notification before visiting the store.

Rushed Orders For In-Store Pick Up: We do our best to accommodate all customers, however during Peak hours we may not be able to rush orders. You must call the store to see if your order can be expedited, however an expedited fee may be applied, so we can rush your order ahead of others we may already have in que. Please have your Order Number, Confirmation and Name ready.

Picking Up Your Order
Customers must enter the store and visit the checkout counter to collect their orders.

Please provide your order number or pickup confirmation.

We do not currently offer curbside delivery to vehicles.

Refrigerated Products
Cold beverages and other refrigerated products will be kept refrigerated until collection, where appropriate.

Uncollected Orders
If you cannot collect your order as planned, please contact us to arrange another pickup time.

Perishable or temperature-sensitive items may require special handling.

Order Issues
If an item is missing, damaged, or incorrect, please notify our staff or contact us promptly.
