Shipping Destinations
We currently ship orders throughout the United States.

International shipping is not available at this time.

Shipping Costs
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on available carrier services, package information, and delivery destination.

Customers are responsible for the shipping charges displayed and accepted during checkout.

We do not currently offer a general free-shipping promotion on our Shopify website.

Order Processing
We generally aim to process orders within one business day, excluding circumstances such as unusually high order volume, holidays, or inventory issues.

Our regular shipping fulfillment days are Monday through Saturday.

Orders received after our daily processing cutoff may begin processing on the next fulfillment day.

Shipping Carriers
We use shipping services available through Shopify Shipping, which may include USPS, UPS, and FedEx.

Available shipping methods and charges are displayed during checkout.

Estimated Delivery Times
Delivery estimates depend on the shipping service selected, the destination, and carrier operations.

Carrier transit times are separate from our order processing time.

Delivery dates are estimates unless expressly guaranteed.

Tracking Information
When tracking is available, customers will receive shipment confirmation and tracking details after their orders are shipped.

Incorrect Addresses
Please verify your shipping address before completing checkout.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages
If your package is significantly delayed, missing, or arrives damaged, please contact us with your order number.

Weather-Sensitive Products
Some candy and chocolate products may be sensitive to heat or extreme weather.

Please retrieve delivered packages promptly and avoid leaving them outdoors for extended periods.

If an item arrives damaged or unusable, contact us so we can review the issue.
